Founded in 2024 by Kiana Azizpour, a dedicated support worker and registered nurse with over 5 years of hands-on experience, Kiki Community Care was born from a deep desire to do better—because people deserve better.
After witnessing firsthand the gaps in care, the overlooked details, and the unheard voices within the disability support space, Kiana made it her mission to create something different—something deeply human. A service where every individual is truly seen, supported, and valued. A service where empathy meets action.
We are proud to be an NDIS-registered provider, offering high-quality, personalised care across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria. Our support services are designed to meet people where they are, and walk alongside them as they work toward greater independence, confidence, and well-being.
